How long does shipping take?

The delivery time is usually 2-5 working days, for shipments outside of Germany it can take 5-7 working days.

Please note that due to the Corona Pandemic, there may sometimes be delays in delivery, e.g. B fewer trains are on the road transporting goods.

How high are the shipping costs and to which countries do you ship?


  • Free shipping from 19 EUR shopping cart
  • Under 19 euros Shopping cart: 2 EUR postage for formats up to Din A4


  • Formats up to Din A4: EUR 3.70
  • Formats from Din A3 and frames: 9 EUR
  • Free shipping from a shopping cart of EUR 100

Which delivery service will my order be sent by?

All orders are shipped with Deutsche Post or DHL Green. That depends on the size of your poster and whether you have chosen DHL shipping.

Upon purchase

I did not receive an order confirmation

After you have ordered from us in our online shop, you will receive an order confirmation by e-mail. If you haven't received it within an hour of placing your order, this could be for the following reasons:

  • Did the email end up in the SPAM folder of your email account?
  • Maybe you entered the wrong email address?

If none of the cases described apply, please contact our support (hello@rabano-art. de), it could be that the order was not successfully completed.

Can I change my order afterwards?

Your order will be processed and shipped within a very short time. We can therefore guarantee fast delivery times, but this makes subsequent changes difficult. Nevertheless, write to us as soon as possible at hello@rabano-art. en If your poster isn't on its way yet, we'll do everything we can.

How can I pay?

You can either pay by PayPal, AmazonPay, credit card or on account.

Discount Codes

How can I redeem discount codes?

Enter the discount code in the field provided in the checkout to redeem it.

You can reach the checkout when you go to the checkout from your shopping cart.

Can discount codes be credited afterwards?

If your order has not yet been processed by our shipping department, we can also enter discount codes afterwards. Please make sure when you place your order whether the discount code worked, as our fast shipping means that it is only possible to change it in rare cases.

Can discount codes be combined?

Discount codes cannot be combined. A cash payment is not possible.

General Questions

Where is my package?

Once your order has been packed and is ready to ship, you will receive a confirmation email. A tracking number is also available for shipments with DHL.
If you have not received your shipment within 7 working days after dispatch (after receipt of the dispatch confirmation by e-mail), please contact our customer support (hello@rabano-art. de), we will help you further.

What do I do in the event of a wrong delivery or defective products?

If you have received an incorrect delivery or a defective item, please contact our customer support immediately (hello@rabano-art. de) in connection.


How long can I cancel my order?

The cancellation period is 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods. If you want to cancel your order, please contact our customer service (hello@rabano-art. en). A refund of the purchase price is no longer possible after the deadline.


Whow do I send my return?

Pack the posters carefully in the original packaging and enclose the delivery note, if available. You address the shipment to:

For letters sent within Germany, postage the letter with a EUR 1.55 stamp.

Letters within Europe (e.g. B from Austria and Switzerland) you frank with 3.70 EUR.

You can send parcels and parcels insured with tracking and tracing with a provider of your choice. As a rule, this costs 5 EUR within Germany.

Who bears the costs for a return?

As you can see from our terms and conditions, you bear the costs for a return.

Please understand that as a small company we cannot bear these costs. For this we bear the shipping costs to you within Germany from a shopping cart of 19 EUR, and we also bear parts of the shipping costs for worldwide shipments.

When will I get my payment refunded?

As soon as we have received your return (this can sometimes take up to 10 working days), we will immediately refund the amount to the payment method you selected when ordering.
